Job Summary

We're seeking a talented team of Web Developers and Digital Marketing professionals to join our team at Love & Chat. As a Web Developer & Digital Marketing Team member, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our app and website, as well as creating engaging content and managing our online presence.

Responsibilities and Skills Required

1. Web Designer

• Design user interfaces (web/mobile)
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
• Ensure user-friendly and responsive layouts
• Skills: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, HTML/CSS knowledge, design principles, user psychology

2. SEO Specialist

• Keyword research and on-page SEO
• Website content optimization
• Link building and traffic growth strategy
• Skills: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, basic HTML, meta tags

3. Content Creator / Social Media Post Designer

• Design daily/weekly social media posts
• Create engaging content aligned with SEO goals
• Schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Skills: Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, copywriting, branding

4. Digital Marketing Executive / Account Handler

• Manage social media and ad accounts (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Handle client or customer interactions
• Track performance of marketing campaigns
• Skills: Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Hootsuite, Buffer, communication skills

5. Frontend Developer (Optional)

• Build website or app interfaces based on designs
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designers

6. Project Coordinator (Optional)

• Assign tasks and manage project timelines
