Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Team Leader to join our team at Love & Chat. As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for managing our team of Listeners, overseeing office operations, and ensuring excellent communication and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment: Recruit and onboard new Listeners, ensuring they meet our standards and requirements.
  2. Training: Conduct 1-day training sessions for new Listeners, covering our policies, procedures, and best practices.
  3. Team Management: Manage and supervise a team of Listeners, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
  4. Issue Resolution: Resolve issues and complaints from Listeners, both online and offline, in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Office Management: Oversee office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
  6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor Listeners' online strength and job performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  7. Communication: Maintain excellent communication with Listeners, management, and other stakeholders for seamless collaboration.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Hindi and English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience: Proven experience in team management, recruitment, and training, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Terms and Conditions

  • Work Schedule: 10 hours per day (Work-from-Office).
  • Salary: 5% of the company’s profit, paid monthly.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of company data, Listeners’ personal data, and user information.
  • Performance Expectations: Meet recruitment, training, and team management targets.
  • Policy Adherence: Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines at all times.
