Job Summary

As a Listener, your role is to engage with users in a friendly and approachable way, making them feel comfortable and at ease. You'll need to create a safe space where they can openly share their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment, just like they would with a trusted friend.

Key Profile Requirements

• Non-real Name (username/pseudonym)
• Profile Photo (real photo of yourself)
• Bio (brief description about yourself)
• Language(s) spoken

Responsibilities

• Availability: Minimum of 6 hours/day online, each session lasting at least 90 minutes
• Call Response: Pick up calls within 1 minute of receiving a call request
• Engagement: Engage users in friendly conversations and actively listen
• Confidentiality: Do not share any user information
• Anonymity: Do not disclose your role as a Listener

Payment Details

Work-from-Home

• Audio Calls: ₹1.5 per minute (paid weekly)
• Video Calls: ₹3.5 per minute (paid weekly)

Work-from-Office

• Audio Calls: ₹2 per minute (paid monthly)
• Video Calls: ₹4 per minute (paid monthly)

Terms and Conditions

Compensation Structure

Compensation is based solely on the call duration. There is no fixed amount guaranteed.

Attendance Policy

• Work-from-Home: Less than 6 hours online = 1 leave (exceptions for final 15–20 mins)
• Work-from-Office: 10 mandatory working hours daily

Financial Transaction Policy

• Do not engage in money transactions with users
• Do not request or share financial details/QR codes
• Report any financial-related issues to your Team Leader

Leave Policy

• Up to 4 leaves allowed (Mon–Fri) per month
• Extra leaves will result in payment deductions

Adherence to Guidelines

You are expected to follow all company policies. Violations may result in disciplinary action.
